This program is designed for the high school athlete (age 13-17) to provide an educational training foundation that allows young, serious athletes the ability to improve their overall athletic performance in an environment that is safe, competitive and fun.

High School Strength & Conditioning - Level 2 - SUMMER

This program is for high school athletes who have completed the level one training phase and are committed to improving their performance within their sport. Participants who qualify will have their programs designed to meet the needs of their particular sport as well as the specific needs of the different positions within the sport.

Adult Strength & Conditioning - Level 1 - SUMMER (06/14/10 - 08/21/10)
Adult Strength & Conditioning - Level 1 - SUMMER

Modeled after our athlete program, this program is for adults (23+) who want to train like an athlete and achieve results like an athlete, while offering an individualized comprehensive assessment to create a personalized program. It doesn't matter if you are a recreational athlete, golfer, tennis player, runner, or just want feel and look your best.
