High School Strength & Conditioning - Level 1 - SUMMER

This program is designed for the high school athlete (age 13-17) to provide an educational training foundation that allows young, serious athletes the ability to improve their overall athletic performance in an environment that is safe, competitive and fun. Goals include:
- Minimize the potential for injury.
- Maximizing strength and flexibility.
- Optimizing cardiovascular conditioning.
