High School Strength & Conditioning - Level 2 - SUMMER

This program is for high school athletes who have completed the level one training phase and are committed to improving their performance within their sport. Participants who qualify will have their programs designed to meet the needs of their particular sport as well as the specific needs of the different positions within the sport. Goals include:
- Continue to minimize the potential for injury.
- Maximize strength, flexibility, and explosiveness/power.
- Establish and maximize the fundamentals of speed, agility, and quickness.
- Optimizing sport specific cardiovascular conditioning.
