Adult Strength & Conditioning - Level 1 - SUMMER

Modeled after our athlete program, this program is for adults (23+) who want to train like an athlete and achieve results like an athlete, while offering an individualized comprehensive assessment to create a personalized program.
It doesn't matter if you are a recreational athlete, golfer, tennis player, runner, or just want feel and look your best. Program design includes:

  • Movement pattern evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Customization of your program based on your assessment.
  • Teaching mechanical fundamentals and the corrective exercises to establish optimal alignment and movement patterns.
  • Flexibility training to restore and maintain healthy function of soft tissue and joints.
  • Strength training to improve the fundamental movement patterns.
  • Implement a heart rate based interval-conditioning program for cardiovascular health and fat loss.
