Adult Strength & Conditioning - Level 2 - SUMMER

This level in the Adult Strength & Conditioning program focuses less on teaching and correcting movement patterns and more on strengthening them. Metabolic and cardiovascular training will be introduced as faster paced program. Goals are:

  • Continue to reduce the potential for chronic and traumatic injury.
  • Continue to establish a strong foundation of strength and flexibility.
  • Eliminate structural compensation patterns.
  • Increase cardiovascular work capacity through continued high-intensity interval conditioning.

  • Completion of the Adult Training Program Level 1 is a perquisite before entering into level two.
