Adult Strength & Conditioning - Level 3 - SUMMER

Adult Strength & Conditioning Level 3 participants are committed, compensation free individuals who are looking to train at the highest level to bring out the most of their body's athletic potential. Variations of load and fundamental movements will be used to challenge individuals to create a unique training experience. Each athlete follows a progressive strength and conditioning program to:
- Master lifting techniques and running mechanics.
- Maximize strength potential.
- Optimize flexibility and soft tissue quality.
- Increase cardiovascular work capacity through multi-planar interval conditioning.
- Decrease body fat composition.
Completion of the Adult Training Program Level 2 Training Program is a perquisite before entering into level three.
