Our Process:

  • Step 1 - Get to know you. We want to learn about you and your daily habits to establish individual goals and establish a realistic timeframe to achieve them.

  • Step 2 - Pick the right tool for the job. Choose a nutrtional plan that best works for you. We have many tools to our disposal including, our own Edge Nutrition App, Meal Plans, and a multi step Habit Chart designed to promote long term success.

  • Step 3 - Accountability. We make this easy for you. Our support system includes face to face meetings and email support to help you stay on track.

  • Step 4 - Testing. We will routinely measure body weight, body fat, and any metrics that will help us anyalize your nutrtional success.

  • Step 5 - Re-Evaluation. We know that change will happen when you start to develop better nutrtional habits. Sometimes the results are quick and sometimes the result take a bit longer. In either scenario, we want to re-evaluate your goals and adjust programming as you achieve them along the way.
