“I am an existing patient and i’d like to make another appointment or I have a new injury, since my last visit.”
So, you’re on the path the feeling better. Keep it up. However, stuff happens and active individuals can encounter unforeseen issues that need to be addressed to get you right. We can help. Quickly. Efficiently.
Re-evaluation (60 minutes)
A re-evaluation appointment is recommended if you have sustained a new injury or underwent a surgical procedure since your Initial Evaluation. This is a 45-minute appointment that will initially focus on re-evaluating the area of injury to determine the best course of treatment. We can compare examination results to your prior baseline and will have time to initiate treatment.
Follow-up Appointments (45 or 60 minutes):
Follow-up appointment time and frequency recommendations will be made at your initial or re-evaluation appointments. Any of our services can be accessed in these appointments.
Performance Therapy Unit/s (15 minute increments)
Our Performance Therapy Units or PTUs are designed for maintenance care. 1 Unit is 15 minutes of a service, but you can use two units back to back if desired or indicated based on your needs. PTUs can be purchased in packages of 10 or 20 at a time to reduce the cost to you and encourage routine maintenance care. Any of our services can be accessed in PTU appointments. Frequency and duration of PTU appointments will be recommended based on your individual needs and wants.
“Antigone’s skills and knowledge as a physical therapist are unlimited. For me it was life changing!!
I have always been active, hiking, biking, camping, caring for family members and in 2007, I had a hip replacement. Unfortunately, I needed a revision in 2013 due to a recalled part!. After the revision I could not raise my right leg/knee more than six inches off the ground. I went for therapy more than once, had injections, worked with different trainers to help build strength around my hips. The surgeons suggested cutting the iliopsoas tendon. Not much seemed to help. I feared as I got older it was a tripping hazard.
Then I started working with Tigs. She researched my issues and worked with me. Little by little she got my hip to work again. After treatment was over she recommended I start training at The Edge and I was skeptical. It has now been about a year later and I have my life back! I am 63 and can not only raise my knees waist high but I can run, skip and jump. It’s truly a miracle. All therapists are not created equal.”
