Risk Reduction Screen (45 minutes)
This appointment is designed for individuals that want to determine if they are at risk for injury and/or further reduce their risk of injury in a specific area. Examples of what could fall into this category include the following: running evaluation, desk or car ergonomic analysis and adjustment, etc. This is also the appointment you’d schedule if you want more individualized education on a specific topic such as pre- or post- op expectations, footwear recommendations, pre- or post-partum exercise planning, training plan recommendations, sleep hygiene, etc.
Follow-up Appointments (45 or 60 minutes) or Performance Therapy Unit/s (15 minute increments):
Typically, a Risk Reduction Screen is a one time appointment. However, if you would like to follow up on the recommendations made during this appointment, feel free to book a follow-up appointment or PTU to do so.
