The landscape of youth fitness is changing quickly. Sedentary habits, increased time online, poor nutrition, cutbacks in school curriculum, and increased pressure to excel in athletics has lead to a variety of issues for children.

We want to be instrumental in changing that landscape one kid at a time.

The Mission of the Youth Athletic Academy is to introduce kids to a training experience that is as skill oriented as it is fun. We believe that exposure to a positive, progressive training experience will help develop lifelong skills to reduce the risk of injury, improve movement skills, and maintain a healthy and prosperous lifestyle into adulthood. 

Your child’s health and safety isTHE EDGE’s number one priority. Our trainers are all nationally certified and will teach your children everything expected of them to make sure that proper movements are performed.


the edge Youth Athletic academy OVERVIEW:

  • Programming is offered in four (4) week training cycles and meet 1x/week

  • Appointments are 1 hour long

  • Four (4) and 12 week participation options are available

  • Programming will focus on teaching movement patterns in a way that it is educational, structured, fun and engaging

  • Groups are a maximum of 8 participants

  • Programming is designed for kids ages 11-12 with no athletic background necessary
