How much will services cost?
The cost will depend on your individual insurance coverage and varies from providers. Prior to the initial evaluation, a member of our front desk will explain your coverage and expected costs to you. Please call them at 847-724-4791 with questions regarding your insurance coverage.

Are all of those services covered by my insurance?
Insurance companies may cover some or all of the above services listed above as part of a customized treatment plan. Dry needling is the only service at this time that is not covered in isolation. If you are interested in dry needling in isolation, we have a self-pay option.
Do I need a script or referral to schedule an appointment?
Illinois is a Direct Access state. If you have a PPO insurance plan, you do not need a referral from a physician to access physical therapy services. If you have an HMO plan, you may still require a referral at your insurance companies request, so please check with our front desk prior to scheduling your Initial Evaluation.
What are the available hours and are they posted anywhere?
Hours will be posted outside of the clinic door for reference. Business hours will be Tuesday and Friday mornings from 6:30am-11:30am. As the need at the Edge grows, additional hours will be added.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Please call IBJI’s front desk at 847-724-4791 to schedule your Initial Evaluation at our Glenview location with your insurance information handy. If covered by Medicare, follow-up appointments must be at our Glenview location. For all other insurance providers, follow-up appointments can be scheduled at either the Edge or our Glenview location. Please specify where you would like follow-up appointments to the front desk representative you are speaking with.
Do you offer drop in appointments?
At this time, all appointments are to be scheduled in advanced. We also have a wait list if you are looking to get in at a specific day/time and are unable to due to scheduling conflicts, as cancellations do happen. Please let our front desk know what days/times are most convenient for you so they can note this when scheduling.
Can I get stretched or soft tissue work done?
If you are experiencing an injury and have had an initial evaluation, stretching and soft tissue work may be a part of your treatment plan.
