Alyssa Modugno

Alyssa graduated from the University of Iowa, where she received her undergrad in Exercise Science and Psychology. Along with her education, She is a certified personal trainer backed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Alyssa also has work experience in physical therapy and other rehab settings where her love for rehabilitation and injury prevention has prospered.

Alyssa is a retired soccer player who has always enjoyed running and strength training. When she is not training or working, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and especially her dog Belle.
