One Coach. Your Full Attention.
Personal Training at The Edge is for people who want individualized coaching, more scheduling flexibility, or a quieter place to build confidence before joining a group. No generic plan, no trying to keep up with the room — just focused coaching and someone paying attention to the details.
What Is Personal Training?
Personal Training gives you dedicated time with a coach and a program shaped around your goals, experience, schedule, and needs.
It can be the right fit if you prefer one-on-one coaching, want focused support around a specific goal, or simply feel more comfortable starting in a private setting.
Your coach focuses the session around what you need most—whether that is building confidence, improving a specific skill, working toward a personal goal, or getting ready to transition into The Edge Training System. You get dedicated attention, clear feedback, and a plan that moves at the right pace for you.
You can also train alongside a spouse, friend, or sibling through partner training — still with individualized guidance, just with someone familiar next to you.
Why some members prefer 1-1 training
Because Sometimes You Want the Coach All to Yourself.
Some people thrive in a group. Others do better when the session, schedule, and conversation are built entirely around them.
Personal Training gives you space to ask questions, work at your own pace, and focus on the details without feeling rushed or compared to anyone else.
Your coach knows what you are working toward, notices when something feels off, and can change direction without waiting for the rest of the room.
Members value the accountability, flexibility, and confidence that come from knowing exactly what they are doing—and having someone there to make sure it still makes sense.
What to Expect
Your own pace. Ask questions, slow down on the details, or push harder — without waiting for anyone else in the room.
A coach who adjusts in real time. Your coach knows what you're working toward, notices when something feels off, and can change direction on the spot.
Real accountability. Someone is tracking your progress and making sure the plan still makes sense, not just handing you a program and checking out.
The experience is personal, but the goal is not to make you dependent on a trainer forever. Good coaching should also help you understand your body, build confidence, and become more capable over time.
