You’re Not a Number. And This Isn’t a PT Factory.
Real one-on-one physical therapy for active adults dealing with pain, injuries, recurring flare-ups, or the nagging issue that keeps getting in the way.

What Is Performance Physical Therapy?
You'll work with a therapist who takes the time to understand the full picture, explain what is going on, and build a plan around how you actually want to live and move.
This is not a high-volume clinic built around double bookings and handoffs. You'll work exclusively with one physical therapist, starting with a 90-minute evaluation that gives us time to hear your story, prioritize your goals, and thoroughly evaluate your body before building your plan. Our PTs are residency and fellowship trained — a credential fewer than 1% of physical therapists pursue.
When Training or Nutrition is part of that plan, your team can communicate so you are not left connecting the dots yourself.
Why Patients Value Us
You Get Time, Attention, and an Actual Explanation.
You don't need more vague advice, another sheet of exercises, or five minutes with a therapist before being handed off.
You want someone to listen, look at the full picture, explain what they see, and help you understand what to do next.
You receive one-on-one care, direct access to your therapist, and a plan built around your goals—not around how quickly the clinic needs to move to the next appointment.
What to Expect
Your first visit is a private, 90-minute evaluation designed to give your therapist time to understand the full picture.
You’ll talk through what is troubling you, what has changed, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to. From there, your therapist will assess how you move, look beyond the painful area, and explain what they are seeing in plain language.
You should leave with a clear understanding of what may be going on, what you can do now, and what the next steps should be.
When time allows, treatment may begin during that first visit.
What the Visit Includes:
A real conversation - Your history, goals, concerns, and the activities you want to return to.
A full movement assessment - A closer look at how you move, not just where it hurts.
Clear recommendations - What your therapist sees, what it may mean, and what they recommend next.
A plan you understand - You should leave knowing what happens next and why.

You Don’t Have to Keep Working Around It.
Whether something hurts, keeps flaring up, or simply does not feel right, getting clear on the problem is a better plan than hoping it goes away. Start with a conversation or schedule your initial evaluation. We’ll help you understand what is going on and what should happen next.
