Jack Kobylka PT, DPT, OCS

Jack is a graduate of Willamette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He  went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Afterwards, he traveled back up to the Pacific Northwest to complete his Orthopedic Residency at the University of Washington.

During all those years of school, he became passionate  about the human body and what it could accomplish, and even more its ability to handle adversity. He believes in evidence based care, and enjoys working with all people, working to get them back to their passions and beyond.

He has been a runner and golfer since he was 5 years old, and in his free time, enjoys making new recipes, working on any jigsaw puzzle, hiking, and waiting for the 49ers to win a Super Bowl.
