Rachel Bergen PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Rachel is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Sciences. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She went on to complete her Orthopedic Residency at Northwestern University.

At Creighton, she had the opportunity to work with Creighton sports teams for pre- and post-season return-to-sport training. She has experience presenting at national conferences, which highlights her dedication to evidence-based care. Rachel enjoys working with athletes of all ages and is passionate about helping her patients reach their highest potential.

In her free time, you’ll find her baking, at the beach (or lake), exercising, continuing to learn Spanish, playing cards, or spending time with her family and friends.
